Measures 7" around which is the average and most popular size. Sterling tubes are 2mm x 30mm, or just over 1" long.
I use a high quality stretch cord and Surgeons knot with a bit of special jewelry glue to keep it secure. To keep your bracelet in great condition always roll it on and off, rather than pulling and stretching it open. Chemicals in cleaning products, perfume, pool/hotub etc are harmful to both the beads and the cord, so always take it off when you are around these things.
